American Service Alliance is a company that offers all home care services. We send our skilled and professional technicians to do the repair. Our technicians may not be authorized however, they are all certified. So, basically we do repairs on appliances which are not under warranty. We always ask our customers if their appliance is no longer under warranty so they can make use of their free service from the manufacturer of their appliance. Hence, if customers would want to proceed with the repair, we can still work on that but we always inform that their warranty would be voided. If they agree on that, so we move in with setting up an appointment with them. Technicians will give a call 30 minutes call prior to the said appointment to let the customer know that they’re on their way for the repair. Our valued customers can give us a call through our customer service hotline and will be assisted by our dedicated dispatchers. With pride we can guarantee you a very friendly customer service by our very responsive dispatchers. They handle calls with willingness to assist and is so quick to resolve client’s concern.

Customers will be oriented on how we work on it. There’s a service call fee for the technician to come over and do the full diagnosis. However, the service call fee will be waived out once the customer agrees or proceeds with the repair. After such, if everything proceeds accordingly, setting up an appointment will be done.

There are some protocolos that the company follows as well. Since we really care for our valued customers, we make sure that they’re always our priority. As for our mode of payment, we only accept major credit and debit cards for security purposes. We are aware of the rampant scam issues so we make sure no cash and cheques would be handed over. We also caters warranty and insurance to our customers. If the appliance is high-end that would be a year-round warranty for the parts and 30 days for the labor. In contrary to regular appliances, that would be 30 days for the labor and 90 days for the parts. We also give discounts to senior citizens, military personnels, and gives compensation and they can make use of yelp coupons to pay repair cost, ONLY. This can only be applied if the customers proceed with the repair. It can’t be used or applied for the service call fee. If customer requests to have him/her billed after the service, we accept that kind of transaction provided they will give us their full credit card information. Or pay it realtime after service since our technicians are carrying swipe device with them. We can also send the copy of invoice to our customers to let them know the breakdown of their payment. So to sum it up, we inform our customers every detail of the transactions. We utilize transparency and correctness in everything we do. Even on the actual service, our well-respected technicians are willing enough to educate and give some advice for them not to experience the same problem on the future.
